stress is.....Stress is something that is felt when someone feels like everything is too much and can cause many negative effects on peoples emotional, mental and physical health. Often stress can be known as the "fight or flight" response as it helps to protect the body against threats. However, not all stress can be bad, sometimes individuals may feel stressed when they are out of there comfort zone or experiencing things for the first time.
